Why per site, not per seat?
Per-seat pricing punishes the workplaces we serve — a 200-worker floor where most people report once a month. Per-site pricing means every worker can report freely, and your cost tracks your locations, not your headcount.
How this compares to per-user pricing
Typical per-user safety tools charge for every worker whether or not they use it. Praevanta charges per site, so workers are always free and the people who act (supervisors, H&S, HR, admins) are included.

- What counts as a site? A physical workplace or worksite you operate (a store, warehouse, yard, or job site).
- Are workers really free? Yes. Workers never count toward pricing.
- What happens if we grow? You add sites as you open them. Contact us about multi-location arrangements.
- Do you sign a DPA? Ask us — we will confirm in writing what we are able to sign.
- Where is my data hosted? Praevanta runs on Google Cloud's Firebase platform. We do not currently advertise a Canadian data-residency guarantee; ask us and we will confirm the current hosting region in writing.
